Paula Tuononen Appointed as Counsel in Real Estate Investments & Transactions Service

Many of our clients already know Paula, because she used to work as a lawyer at our firm in 2012–2017. During the last four years, Paula has worked as a lawyer at Eltel Networks. 

Paula will advise our clients in the fields of real estate investments and transactions. In addition, she has extensive experience of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and equity financing arrangements, among other things.
