Castrén & Snellman has partnered with Legal Cross Border and its innovative legal information platform for merger control.

Legal Cross Border’s Merger Control screening service assists legal professionals in assessing whether transactions are subject to merger control rules in different jurisdictions. The Merger Control service provides a general overview of more than 70 jurisdictions worldwide. Castrén & Snellman’s competition law team has provided the content for the service and the related knowledge base on the merger control regime in Finland.
