Samuli Tarkiainen Appointed as Construction Projects & Energy Counsel

Samuli will strengthen our energy projects practice and he will help us combine the expertise of our various services relevant for the energy industry including M&A, Governance & Compliance, Restructuring and Outsourcing.’ Partner Uwe Uusitalo, head of International Construction & Projects says.

Samuli will provide strategic legal advice to our clients on their energy and infrastructure projects (green and brownfield, joint ventures, public private partnerships, consortiums, etc.) and on various purchasing, delivery, outsourcing contracts. From the field of energy, Samuli’s experience includes many types of renewable energy technology, such as solar, wind, biomass, biofuels, energy from waste, wave power, geothermal and hydro, as well as conventional power and CHP.

Previously, Samuli has worked at Roschier Attorneys and as a legal counsel at Fortum Corporation.
