Finnish Olympic Committee to Provide Health and Wellbeing Coaching to Castrén & Snellman Personnel

Olympic speed skater Mika Poutala

Castrén & Snellman has partnered with the Finnish Olympic Committee to organise a health and wellbeing programme for its personnel starting in November 2018.

The programme includes lectures by Finnish Olympic Committee athletes, coaches and other experts on how Castrén & Snellman employees can apply knowledge from the elite athletics world in their work. Some of the subjects to be covered will include teamwork and work stamina, and the programme will kick off with an inspiring talk by Olympic speed skater Mika Poutala on enthusiasm, enjoyment at work and passion.

The themes of the lectures are based on Castrén & Snellman’s values, which were recently updated. The firm’s shared values – The Spark, Respect, Courage and Responsibility – support the health and wellbeing of the work community every day.

Castrén & Snellman encourages its employees to exercise and take care of themselves. In November, firm received the Finland’s Most Active Workplace certificate. Read more here.
