Castrén & Snellman Participates in Finnish Bar Association’s Legal Education Project

The Finnish Bar Association is contributing to the Finnish Centenary celebrations by donating one hundred legal education lessons to lower and upper secondary schools across the country. Local bar members have volunteered to teach these lessons, which will be provided free of charge to schools. Fourteen lawyers from Castrén & Snellman are participating in the project.

The legal education lessons will cover the basics of the Finnish legal system. Subjects to be covered with lower secondary students will include, for example, online behaviour, and lessons with upper secondary student will discuss what to keep in mind when making online purchases and signing employment agreements.
