The Redemption Committee of the Finland Chamber of Commerce is a statutory body tasked with appointing an arbitral tribunal for redemption disputes pursuant to the Limited Liability Companies Act. The Committee is also responsible for petitioning courts to appoint special representatives for redemption disputes.
