Castrén & Snellman Appointed Legal Advisor to the Finnish Olympic Committee

Castrén & Snellman will serve as the legal advisor to the Finnish Olympic Committee for the next three years. This partnership aims to provide Finland’s top athletes with even better chances to succeed in the international sports arena.

We will make sure the team’s sports agreements are of high international quality, and we will provide the Olympic Committee’s staff and athletes with practical training to help them be better prepared for often complex legal issues. We will also produce sports law content, for example, The Secretary General of the Finnish Olympic Committee, Mika Sulin, is excited about the partnership, ‘The legal challenges in sports are growing every year. The Finnish Olympic Committee’s goal is to make Finland the number one Nordic country by the end of the next Olympiad. In addition to Castrén & Snellman, the Finnish Olympic Committee has also announced partnerships with the Kuortane and Vierumäki sports parks and Dextra.
