Our support personnel play a vital role in providing our customers with first-class service and developing our internal processes. All our support personnel are service-minded professionals within their own fields. We have over fifty employees in nine different support groups:
- Client Relationship Management
- Property Management and Security; Catering and Reception
- Finance
- Knowledge Management
- Translation Service
- Human Resources
- Assistants
- ICT
- Communications
Our support personnel work in close cooperation with our lawyers and with each other, for example, in various development projects. Support duties are often demanding, fast-paced, and international, which also makes the work rewarding and interesting.
The members of our small support groups get to use the full range of their professional skills, whereas employees in our larger support groups have the opportunity to specialise within their field.
After many years in the same job, a change can sometimes be refreshing. In this kind of situation, we are open to new options. For example, changing groups within the firm can help feed a passion for learning new things.
