Since I joined Castrén & Snellman in 2012, I have gained several years of experience in assisting companies of all sizes, from different business sectors, in various employment law matters.
My main focus is on employment law counselling, especially in relation to employment and director agreements, restructuring of labour, co-operation procedures as well as situations relating to termination of employment. I also advise clients in employment law issues deriving from corporate transactions and outsourcings.
In addition to legal counselling, I regularly lecture and provide training to companies, organisations and law students in employment law matters.
Together with my legal degree, I hold an M.Soc.Sc degree in the field of communications. Having worked previously as an information officer in various organisational change situations, I have a particular interest in corporate reorganisations and change situations involving restructuring of labour. I enjoy every chance I get to combine my communication and legal skills to ensure that our clients’ change processes run smoothly and that the employer's information and consultation obligations are planned and implemented in an efficient and practical manner.
