As an HRD Manager I focus my daily work on competence development and wellbeing programmes. I keep my eye on future developments and create processes to speed up our continuous learning. I'm eager to support everyone's wellbeing productively and proactively.
As I am also responsible for our trainee programmes and university cooperation, I consider myself as Castrén & Snellman's youth leader. I receive about 1,000 CVs each year so working to make our recruitment more efficient while ensuring the quality of the process brings my work a continuous welcome challenge. During the past ten years I have seen so many talented trainees and young lawyers working with us. I feel grateful for playing a part in their earliest career steps and do my best to guide them further. Their eagerness, open-mindedness and willingness to develop themselves really add a spark to my day as well.
I graduated from the Helsinki School of Economics in 2003 and choose HR as my career path already then. I have not regretted my choice even once. HR combines perfectly my two main interests; developing both people and responsible businesses.
