Jan Örndahl is head of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Castrén & Snellman and a member of the firm’s management group. Jan advises public and private companies and private equity sponsors in domestic and cross border acquisitions and divestitures in M&A and private equity deals as well as in joint ventures. His practice includes counselling corporate clients on a broad range of general corporate, corporate governance, securities and employment law matters, including outsourcings and executive contracts. He is a board member of several Finnish and international companies.
