Sari Laaksonen has many years of experience in tax law, corporate law, private equity and venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved in numerous acquisitions, divestments, and re-organizations of Finnish and international companies. She is also a well-recognised lecturer in Finland on the subjects of corporate taxation, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms Laaksonen is head of the firm’s Tax & Corporate practice.
