Stanislav Rumyantsev specialises in intellectual property and technology law. His expertise area also covers mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues. He has been involved in corporate, real estate and intellectual property due diligence reviews, and has participated in a number of IT and construction projects. Stanislav has assisted in insolvency and commercial litigations and in the legal support of business transactions. Stanislav is the co-author of a legal book and the author of several articles on consumer protection, financial markets and protection of intellectual property rights.
