Vilja Kemppainen advises clients in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions. Vilja’s key expertise areas are investments in Russia and cross-border transactions. In addition to her education at the University of Helsinki, Vilja has studied law in Russia at the St Petersburg State University and in Moscow.
