Mikko Heinonen specialises in banking and finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in various domestic and cross-border financing and M&A transactions, where his responsibilities have covered, i.a., negotiating and drafting of documentation. In addition to his legal degree, Mr Heinonen has also completed a M.Sc. (Econ.) degree at the Helsinki School of Economics.
