Janne Lauha specialises in capital markets and corporate law. He has been involved as legal counsel in numerous capital markets and listed companies' transactions. He advises domestic and international issuers, significant shareholders, and market participants in regulatory matters. He is a recognised legal expert on the Finnish system for dematerialised securities. Over the years, he has participated in numerous domestic and international law-drafting projects. In 2006, the Finnish Ministry of Justice appointed him as an expert in matters relating to securities law. He has also participated in the negotiations for the Geneva Securities Convention as an expert counsel for the Finnish delegation.
