We represented Rudus Oy, a company in the CRH Group, in the acquisition of Lemminkäinen Rakennustuotteet Oy. The Finnish Competition Authority approved the transaction in the second phase without conditions.

We are representing clients in the damages cases following the Finnish asphalt cartel and the raw wood purchasing cartel.

We are representing Valio in a case concerning abuse of a dominant market position.
