Pauliina Tenhunen has many years of experience in corporate law, insolvency law, and dispute resolution. She has handled matters relating to various corporate assignments, particularly corporate governance, on which she has also lectured and written several articles. She heads our Insolvency expertise group and has acted as a trustee and administrator in several bankruptcy estates. She has also handled litigation proceedings in connection with, for example, contract and corporate law, including cases concerning the liability of directors, claims for damages, squeeze-outs, as well as insolvency-related disputes. She was elected to the board of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) as the first Finn in August 2008.
