Heidi Malmberg focuses on real estate and environmental law, life science and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises companies on questions relating to environmental liabilities, environmental permits, expropriation, REACH, and land use planning. Ms Malmberg has also been involved in several domestic and cross-border transactions where she has advised companies on environmental, real estate, and life science issues. She also works on issues relating to climate change and renewable energy. Ms Malmberg advises pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment manufacturers on the marketing and packaging of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, as well as consumer rights. Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, Ms Malmberg worked as an environmental lawyer for a governmental agency. Ms. Malmberg is also a member of the New York Bar.
