We advised Niam in the acquisition of the Suurpelto Retail Center and the Laajasalo Retail Center from NCC Property Development Oy. Both properties are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
The Suurpelto retail center opened in November 2017, and the Laajasalo retail center is scheduled to open in November 2018.
