We acted as counsel to Real Estate Fund Finland III Ky, a fund managed by OP Real Estate Asset Management Ltd, when it sold the Ratinankaari office property in the Tampere city centre to VVT Property Fund I Ky. Ratinankaari comprises a leasable area of approximately 12,550 sqm.
