We advised GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH, a Munich based global investment company, when it acquired a logistics portfolio in Finland on behalf of Korean investors. GLL was able to deploy Korean capital in the Finnish investment market for the first time with this deal.
The portfolio is comprised of five assets with approx. 135,000 sqm located in strategic locations in Finland, covering more than 90% of the Finnish population. The assets are long-term leased to the government-owned Posti group (Finnish postal service operator).
We advised GLL both on the acquisition as well as the acquisition financing of the transaction.
