We advised Atradius Credit Insurance N.V. in an intra-group reorganisation where the Dutch company Atradius Credit Insurance N.V. merged into the Spanish company Atradius Crédito y Caución S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros through a cross-border merger.
Our expertise on local regulatory aspects was required in relation to transferring the business of the Atradius Credit Insurance N.V., branch office in Finland to a new Finnish branch of the acquiring company in the merger as well as with respect to confirming the tax and registration treatment of the reorganisation.
