Nordea – CapMan Buyout Invests in Forenom

We advised Nordea in an acquisition finance arrangement, where CapMan (CapMan Buyout X fund) acquired a majority equity share in Forenom. Forenom is a leading, fast-growing Nordic temporary housing service operator, which manages more than 3,200 furnished apartments, several aparthotels as well as hostels across the Nordics. Barona Group as the previous owner as well as Forenom’s management will continue holding minority stakes in the company.
