Juha Väyrynen Elected Chairman of the Board of the German-Nordic Lawyers’ Association

Castrén & Snellman partner Juha Väyrynen was elected as the chairman of the board of the German-Nordic Lawyers’ Association on 24 September in Krakow.

The association has more than 300 members, primarily from Germany and the Nordic Countries. The purpose of the association is to develop the members´ professional skills, to enhance mutual understanding of the German and the Nordic legal systems as well as to help build personal and professional contacts between the members.

Prof. h.c. Ernst Johansson from Kiel, Germany, has been the chairman of the association since its founding in 1989. He was now awarded with the title Honorary Chairman.

Castrén & Snellman has a strong foothold as the advisor of the German and Nordic companies in Finland.
