Castrén & Snellman Authored Updated Finland Chapter of The Dominance and Monopolies Review

Anna Kuusniemi-Laine, Salla Mäntykangas-Saarinen and Kiti Karvinen authored the chapter on Finland for The Dominance and Monopolies Review (4th Edition, published by Law Business Research Ltd). The publication provides a practical guide to competition law on dominance in 23 jurisdictions worldwide.

The article authored by Castrén & Snellman covers the legislation on dominance and abuse thereof in Finland. It provides insight into recent practices and trends in the Finnish competition law enforcement and discusses issues such as abusive practices, investigation procedures, remedies and sanctions and damages actions.
