Castrén & Snellman Article on Finnish Leniency Regime

Sari Hiltunen, Anna Kuusniemi-Laine and Jussi Nieminen have written an article on the Finnish cartel leniency regime. The article has been published in Leniency Regimes 5th Edition, Sweet & Maxwell International Series, published by Thompson Reuters.

The publication provides a comprehensive and practical view of the leniency regimes in over 30 jurisdictions and highlights some of the differences between them, for example, in relation to the requirements for reductions of fines, marker systems, and publicity of leniency applications. The book is intended as a handbook and tool for lawyers and others with an interest in international competition law.
