Hannu Pokela has many years of experience in competition law. He has advised corporations on matters relating to, among other things, abuse of a dominant position, cartels, and merger control. Mr Pokela has represented major firms in numerous competition law proceedings before the Finnish Competition Authority, the Competition Court, and the EU Commission. He has also acted as Chairman of the governmental committee responsible for developing the legislation of the competition court system in Finland. Mr Pokela heads the firm’s EU & Competition law expertise group.
