Alexander Vishnevsky has many years of experience in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and real estate law. His experience covers a full range of legal advice on various banking law issues, including international secured lending, structuring of acquisition of credit institutions, and registration of subsidiaries in Russia. He has solid experience in privatization issues and corporate governance in Russia. He has also structured real estate transactions and conducted due diligence reviews with regard to corporate and land law matters. Mr Vishnevsky heads the firm’s Moscow office. He is the author of several books and numerous articles dealing with banking law and canon law.
