Jonne Järvi frequently represents financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, particularly in acquisition finance, real estate transactions and project finance. He also has versatile experience of financial restructuring projects.
In addition, Jonne contributes to our Private Equity & Venture Capital practice. His involvement in a recent fund raising project gives him unique insight into this field.
In addition to his legal education, Jonne has completed a M.Sc. (Econ) degree in accounting at the Hanken School of Economics.
